Therapist Overview

In my practice, I provide individual therapy to adult survivors of trauma, grief, and loss, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I collaborate with people who want to uproot stigma, stuckness, and what no longer serves in their lives. I support people who want to plant reparative seeds, and who want to grow a life-story that centers healing, radical self-care, improved quality of life, and deliberate joy. I hold specialized awareness to the unique issues of mental health and intersectionality, focusing primarily on racial identity/issues impacting black women, LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC, *all women, and allies. I offer outdoor nature-based therapy, but am also offering online therapy at this time. Each session is intended to honor your specific needs and goals. With whatever
