Moving from isolation towards connection is the first step in building a life you can enjoy. Working with me will allow you time each week to step into a world without judgment and a place to work on loosening the chains which have held you in isolation. You will have a teammate whose goals will always be chosen by you. We will work together to define what freedom looks like for you and work as a team to get you there. I am a licensed social worker in the state of Pennsylvania who has worked in a number of treatment centers for addiction and eating disorder support. My approach draws heavily from ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), CBT, and exposure therapy.
