Much of the work I do involves the use of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, but I am eclectic and utilize a variety of therapies based on the patient’s needs. In addition to helping patients who are struggling with anxiety, panic symptoms, depression, grief and loss, PTSD and sexual abuse issues, I have a strong chemical dependency background.
