Mandy Owens

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults, couples, and family members. I utilize evidence-based approaches to therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also work with family members to help get their loved ones into addiction treatment using community reinforcement and family training (CRAFT). I see therapy as an iterative, tailored, and collaborative process, and work with individuals to identify their goals, establish a plan for therapy, and monitor outcomes together. ***I currently am only accepting clients with concerns related to drug use.*** I specialize in treating alcohol and drug use disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and personality disorder traits; helping individuals with behavior change and through life transitions; and teaching and applying coping skills.
