Whether that may be food, alcohol, drugs an unhealthy relationship or anxiety; commit now figure it out later….NO MUD-NO LOTUS… I am an Holistic Licensed Psychotherapist and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist as well as, a Reiki Master. I incorporate various healing modalities such as, but not limited to, Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Guided Meditation, Essential Oils and Breath-work in conjunction with traditional Strengths-Based talk therapy. * I do NOT accept any Insurance. I do keep my fees affordable and spend a full 60 minutes with my clients. ** As of 8/1/20 I will NOT be accepting any NEW Clients until further notice so that I may give my current clients 100% of my attention.
