My goal in therapy is to allow my clients to create more space in their lives and build healthier patterns. Our relationships are a large part of what make us who we are, yet our relationships can also be a great source of frustration, coupled with the stresses of daily life. I use a strengths-based, integrative approach in therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families. I find that the ideal time for a client to enter therapy is when one feels stuck or notices negative patterns, and is ready to create a positive change. I work with couples in all stages of their relationships, and especially enjoy doing premarital work with couples starting a new chapter of life. I often work with individuals in their 20s and 30s to help navigate stress, relationships (romantic, with their families or friends), and change in their lives.
