Therapist Overview
I mainly treat anxiety and depressive disorders. I work with all age groups and find the variety rewarding. I can provide talk therapy, but prefer to do more experiential and expressive modalities. I am a registered play therapist. Taking the first step can be difficult, but getting into therapy can be very rewarding. There is something special about the therapeutic relationship. Having someone listen to you with no judgment and being fully present.
