I work with you to find healing on your emotional and relationship issues. What I love about my work is when you find healing and hope. I am trained in Internal Family Systems and Emotion Focused Therapy working to identify the underlying emotions that drive behaviors in order to understand the patterns of behaviors that create problems for you. I believe that talking is the medicine that can heal. I work to provide a safe and nurturing environment to help facilitate this process. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a certified Addictions Counselor in Oregon and Washington state. I believe that addiction is a way of coping with negative feeling. I work to help you understand what belief systems are driving addictive behaviors in order to help you find new ways of coping with your life.
