Welcome! My name is Jennifer Lynn and I am a telehealth provider. That means that I primarily meet with my clients via zoom. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have a passion for people. I believe that therapy can be such a healing process for the person involved as well as those around that person. We have all been given a unique story. We grew up with unique experiences, value systems, family systems, and traditions. Your story is so important because it has made you who you are today. Though some parts of your story may be painful, I believe that, in a safe setting, you can find healing and freedom from those things. Therapy takes courage. For many, it can be a very scary step, but it is a step that can yield such clarity and growth. One of my greatest joys is seeing the courage people have when they choose to be transparent and honest. That vulnerability leads to self discovery and strength. There is so much beauty in finding freedom from what once held us down. I work with my clients on communication strategies, problematic thought patterns, and challenging habits in order have more joy and fulfillment in life. It is important to me to create a safe, trusting and supportive space so my clients feel they can share without judgement. I look forward to meeting you!
