Therapist Overview

Self-esteem issues, relationship problems, or difficult transitions – everyone needs help navigating life sometimes. I encourage self-compassion and champion the idea that we can rewrite our stories at any age. I see our lives as a novel – who we are at chapter 13 is not who we have to be at chapter 27. Proactively taking steps toward who we want to become in future chapters is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves, and those we love. Whatever it is that you are facing right now, I would be honored to walk alongside you. As an MFT, I see therapy (and life) through the lens of relationship, which informs my approach. I have specific experience with women, individuals ages 13-25, and a background in working with musicians. Using evidenced-based approaches and models, I also employee ways to grow in self understanding, including the Enneagram. I understand that taking the first step to reach out can be scary. However, the journey towards healing is one of the bravest and most empowering things that you can do for yourself and those that you care about. If you think you are ready to take the next step, I would love to hear from you.
