Hi! I’m Falon, a certified physician assistant (PA-C) with a passion and personal connection to mental well-being. If you’re reading this, maybe you have been struggling to feel good for quite some time and think you’ve exhausted all your options. Maybe you are searching for help for your teen and are unsure of what the next steps may be or are worried about connecting with a provider. Let’s work together! I pride myself on being open, easy going, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I understand how difficult it can be to open up; so, I keep my sessions relaxed and more like a conversation than an interview. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with distinction and concentration in psychology from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Science from U of D Mercy. My training in general medicine and psychology has enhanced my understanding of the mind-body connection, and I am licensed to diagnose, manage treatment plans, and prescribe medication. I perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management; however, medication may or may not be what’s right for you. I can provide guidance about your options and coordinate therapy, as I work with a great team of therapists and psychiatrists at Cruz Clinic. The office will set up your session with me.
