Therapy is provided from 9-3, Monday through Friday*** My perspective in therapy is to move towards recognizing you as a whole person. My approach is through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With this work, we will focus on developing a healthy context for you to reimagine your experience with openness, awareness, and engaged in the actions that bring meaning to your life.
