They can’t seem to turn their brains off and worry about the future. They tend to go to worst case scenario in their minds. They struggle in their relationships, which often also feel out of control. Body image issues, self-esteem difficulties. Through our work together you can get coping skills and gain some peace. It is possible to find a sense of self and accept yourself.
