ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!!! I enjoy working with a wide variety of people, and I believe that providing effective treatment is unique to each individual. I believe that kindness and compassion are essential in establishing meaningful connections with clients, a playful nature is important to have with younger populations, and nonjudgment is paramount. I generally approach therapy from a Person-Centered background, focusing on support, validation, positive regard, and genuineness. I have provided both group and individual counseling, and have worked with a wide range of ages, from young children to older adults. Throughout my experience I have provided counseling services to individuals with a wide variety of presenting concerns, from severe to situational. I was also involved as a preschool assistant teacher for six years. Some of my favorite activities include: spending as much time as possible with my niece, hiking (or doing anything outside), playing soccer, traveling, and trying new r
