Therapy is a process that allows my clients to make ” conscious decisions” else we can stay forever in an ” autopilot” mode! Often clients reduce or limit their creativity ( e.g. resorting to quick fix) and not exploring the broader sense of self. I believe that the essence of therapy is to help people cope better – client-centered and strength-based approach to therapy.
