If you are feeling beatdown and stuck, I’m ready to help. Please don’t do this life alone. I work from a place of relentless empathy. My goal every session is to create safe place for you to explore your self, these toxic cycles and your life’s story. My style is authentic, direct and compassionate. I will not and cannot make your suffering “go away”, because I believe you and that pain are more valuable than that. What I will do, and what would be my honor to do, is to sit with you in whatever situation you are in to help you see that you are more than your suffering. Whether I am working with you as an individual, couple or family, I want to help loosen the loneliness that inevitably happens.
