Anna C Lewis

I work with individuals who are introspective, thoughtful, and willing to consider new ways of looking at their beliefs and emotions. Their concerns include relationships with difficult parents, life transitions, relationship challenges, depression, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I use each client’s feedback to determine how I can be most helpful. In each session, I follow the client’s lead to determine what is most important to discuss, tailoring the level of input I provide to the needs of the individual client. My guiding values are respect, openness to difference, and care. We all have thoughts and feelings that we are not directly aware of, but that have a big influence on the ways see the world and live our lives. I help clients identify and explore these deeper thoughts and feelings, and look at how they relate to long-standing problematic habits and patterns.
