I hope to help you with becoming your ideal self. My clinical orientation is psycho-dynamic and relational. I have been trained in treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma focused CBT, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
