Therapist Overview

Are you struggling to get through the day due to flashbacks, intrusive thoughts or sleepless nights? Have you experienced things that others don’t comprehend? I would like to help you process your past and move these experiences out of the forefront of your mind. I work with adults who have experienced trauma in their childhood and beyond. If you are ready to make a change and to experience more peace, please reach out today. I use a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, and EMDR to help you learn new skills to cope and remain present in your own life. I then work with you to process past trauma and move your past back into the past. As a busy adoptive parent, I understand that the day-to-day struggles make it hard to commit to therapy. I ask that you consider taking care of yourself as a necessary part to continue to help others.
