Hi and welcome! I work with adolescents and adults at Northern Star Counseling in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Currently, I am developing a specialty in using EMDR therapy to treat chronic pain and complex trauma cases involving dissociation. However, I am not limited in my scope to just chronic pain and trauma. I support a holistic approach to therapy in general and I strongly believe that the well-being of our bodies must be incorporated into mental health treatment if it is to be successful. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am a licensed Acudetox Specialist.
