As a Trauma Specialist, I have been working with those recovering from sexual abuse and violence for over 20 years. The work I do with women and recovery is life changing, and for those ready to do the work. I work with first responders and military veterans also, who experience high levels of activation and want to learn how to recover better. Heal trauma, anxiety, stress
