I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families, and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medical Science at Brown University. I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges such as anxiety and depression, family and interpersonal conflict, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD and childhood behavior issues. My treatment approach is individualized and collaborative, and includes interpersonal therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), parenting support and guidance, family systems, and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a specialized trauma treatment).
