“Life is a balance of holding on and letting go” It is my goal in my LPC practice to assist all clients to achieve their full potential by helping them work through the issues that are holding them back. The two modalities that I find to be most helpful in counseling is CBT Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. These two modalities focus on the issues at hand and move clients forward to help clients re-establish a more normal life.
