We specialize in helping families overcome codependency and enabling to pave the way for their loved ones to seek treatment when suffering from addiction. No addict or alcoholic in and of themselves is using their own resources exclusively to get drunk or high, they are using everybody else’s. So why the family is waiting for them to want help or hit bottom, the family is standing in the way and almost proactively making it impossible for those two things to happen. What a family is expecting of their loved one they have to do first. I have been in recovery for almost 11 years and came to recovery after 19 rehab attempts through a family intervention. In all of my other attempts at getting well, it wasn’t that the treatment centers didn’t work, they did not have to because my family remained unwell.
