I am a licensed couples and family therapist and have worked in private practice and agency settings for more than 15 years. I provide therapeutic support to couples, families, individual adults, children, and adolescents out of my office in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. I utilize techniques from several theoretical perspectives, including family of origin, emotionally-focused couples therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and play therapy. My work is solution focused.I help you uncover underlying causes and gain greater awareness and insight for long-term change, rather than merely addressing symptoms. In working with couples or individuals focused on relationship issues, I help identify your patterns of interaction and the underlying feelings tha
