Therapist Overview

Currently offering telehealth sessions only. Weekly RODBT groups are available Mondays 9-10:30am, Mondays 12-1:30pm, Tuesdays 9-10:30am, and Thursdays 9:30-11am. I am intensively trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RODBT) and offer both group and individual RODBT sessions. I am also available to work with couples utilizing Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Radically Open DBT is an evidence based therapy effective in treating chronic treatment resistant depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and anorexia nervosa. RODBT targets difficulty with emotional expression and connection, isolation, avoidance, all or nothing thinking, high rigidity and perfectionism, and harsh self-judgments. Whether you are looking for a safe place to talk about the challenges of daily life, or want to work on decreasing depression, anxiety, self-judgment, obsessive thoughts, or perfectionism, I would love to hear from you. Please feel free to call me for a free 15 minute
