I want to help you live a life you like. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, rumination, stress, getting stuck in patterns you’d like to change, or recent life transitions, I can help you struggle less, feel more comfortable with yourself, and obtain usable tools to cope with whatever may come your way. These skills will be tailored to you, with a focus on skills that you can use long after therapy has concluded. Our work will center primarily around current patterns and experiences, as well as ways to help change them in the here and now. To do this, I get to know you, what is working for you, and what isn’t working for you. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, when appropriate. I am a certified Cognitive Processing Therapy provider.
