I’m a very passionate Clinical Social Worker. I’m also fluent Spanish. I have strong background in mental health, client advocacy, and case management. I have worked providing individual and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents and families with a wide range of diagnosis. My treatment approach is guided by evidence-based practice, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, behavior modification, and motivational interviewing. I offer in person psychotherapy and telemental health. I’m also fluent in Spanish. My areas of specialty include, Depression, Anger Management, Anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and Family Counseling. My sessions focused around identifying triggers to your symptoms and developing healthy coping mechanisms to hep alleviate your symptoms. I can also assist with concrete services such as community referrals and linkage. I understand there are times when life could be overwhelming and we lose hope, if you identify with that statement, I want you to know that life can get better and I’m here to help you. The focus of our first session is to begin engaging in a plan that will help you alleviate your symptoms.
