I am invested in facilitating lasting and generative growth and self-realization in my clients. Change is hard and inevitable, and sometimes it is something we choose (divorce, career change, major move), and sometimes it happens to us (loss of a loved one, diagnosis with illness, loss of a job), but no matter the circumstance, together I believe we can work to move through it and emerge feeling healed, whole, and ready to live each day to its fullest. I have worked for over a decade in the field of chronic illness and have witnessed first hand how disruptive unexpected and threatening change can be. I utilize diverse and patient-centered techniques to help foster a sense of control, build a tolerance for uncertainty, and to re-frame and give meaning to life’s challenges. My clients have told me that I am a healer who helps them anchor and see their world with more clarity and help them to move through it with greater intention.
