Deborah Yamin Manocchia

The foundation of my practice comes from a strong belief in the importance of building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. My practice is based on an integrated approach, utilizing clinical models that are best for the client, helping you make positive changes, finding and cultivating your strengths, meeting your goals, and relieving distress. I will actively engage with you in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, and work collaboratively. Working with clients who are open to becoming more self aware and improving their lives, motivates my work. My specialties are treating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, eating issues, sports related issues, relational & parenting issues, and trauma. With 18 years of clinical experience, I have the skills and expertise to help clients view their issues in a new way, and support you in nurturing a more active, positive attitude to create change. I work in an integrated health facility, LA PALESTRA Center for Preventative Medicine, where exercise and medical professionals work together. You can feel comfortable and part of a wellness center which promotes improving the quality of people’s lives though supporting one’s mental and physical health. My current availability is on weekdays for sessions.
