I believe that change is hard but not impossible. I work especially well with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationships. I work mainly through person-centered therapy, reality therapy, and CBT though I am open to other approaches to counseling. Individuals and families are all welcome in my office to receive caring and intentional mental health care. Although I am not able to prescribe medication, I understand it is often a major part of mental wellness and I will coordinate with any prescribing doctors who may already be part of your wellness team. I am a national board-certified licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) providing counseling services to teenagers, adults, and older adults. I am happy to see people of all races, backgrounds, and world views. I am a very caring and compassionate therapist who takes confidentiality and your personal experiences very seriously.
