I offer a very personalized approach to counseling. I believe in the power of a person’s story and how that story has brought them to where they are at presently. I work from an integrated person-centered approach. One size/technique does NOT fit all in counseling. Moreover, I’m a believer in the therapeutic relationship being the key ingredient to effective therapy. I work with issues such as: grief, depression, anxiety, chronic-pain, panic, school issues and much more. Counseling is not the easy way through a life concern; it takes work and commitment. I promise to offer a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration. When you come in for an initial appointment, we will discuss your presenting concerns and how we might work on those in therapy. I will NOT be running through a check-list of questions; rather, we will begin to develop our therapeutic relationship naturally.
