I can help you on your journey by providing support, encouragement, hope, skills, and a safe space that allows for this change. My goal is to help others heal through connection. I specialize in treating trauma through the use of EMDR, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. I am able to help you to feel empowered to take back your life and find joy again. It takes strength to ask for help. Many are too afraid to seek it.
