I serve active military, veterans and military families. As a veteran, I know first-hand that military service can be exceptionally rewarding. I also understand the intense demands of military service, the unique stressors, and the pressures that it places on us and our families. In a profession where strength, courage and selfless service are values we live by every day, it can be difficult to ask for help when we need it. It can be even more frustrating when the people we turn to for help don’t understand military life or culture. As a veteran and a therapist, I have the training and experience to help and I am here for you.
