The client is the center of any counseling. Being motivated and having feelings that someone cares is the first key to overcoming addiction. Family support is as equally important because substance addiction is about support. A client’s needs, his or her goals are vital to my operation. Healing is about the whole of an individual. One tends to think of healing as a physical entity but healing is for the entirety of humanity.
