Timothy La Gro

My work is focused on helping tweens to adolescents navigate through the tricky stage of life through middle to high school and early adulthood. They experience many changes physically, emotionally, academically, with peers and family dynamics while at the same time trying to figure out who they are and what their purpose is. I help parents to understand themselves and how they can become co-regulators with their children in providing the nurture and structure their children need to make this stage of life more peaceful.
