Therapist Overview
After a 25 year career in teaching, I decided to go to grad school. In 2009 I earned my MS in counseling. I have been in practice as an MFT for 10 years. I love being a therapist. It is fulfilling a life-long dream of mine and I find it so gratifying and rewarding. I work with individuals, couples, families and teens. As a retired teacher I worked with teens on a daily basis for 25 years. As a therapist I thoroughly enjoy helping teens to navigate the challenging teen years. I have a heart for working with couples and helping individual men and women to grow and face life challenges. I strive to create a warm, nurturing environment for my clients. Building a strong professional bond with my clients is essential for working together to achieve the client’s goals for personal growth. I care deeply for my clients and celebrate with them as they grow and develop into the person they want to be.
