I love focusing on a person’s strengths as a way of healing and building hope for the future. We all have our own journey; some more arduous than others. It is through this journey that we learn what matters most to us, things we find we can do without, who we can rely on, and that it is often through pain that our true beauty is created. It is when we realize the strength within, see our ability to stand in the darkest struggle and catch a glimpse of our hope for the future, that true healing begins. My focus is treating trauma using EMDR and mind/body work. When we use the body’s natural ability to heal, it provides a foundation for lifelong healing. I also love working in maternal mental health supporting moms throughout their pregnancy and ‘life’ after baby. I am a WA DOH approved clinical supervisor, and also provide clinical consultation.
