I work with persons who struggle with anxiety, past or present trauma, low self-esteem, feelings of guilt and shame. Most are overwhelmed with life, fearful of their future, sad about their past, and frustrated in the present moment. They find it difficult to function in their jobs, family, relationships, and social situations. I help them learn effective ways to cope with strong emotions, address loss from their past, work through fears that are keeping them from moving forward, and develp a healthy sense of ego and self-sufficiency. We work together to restore hope, define purpose, and develop plans to achieve your life goals. I have specialized training in EMDR, Flash Technique, Somatic Experiencing, and Substance Abuse. I am a survivor of conversion therapy and offer help for those wanting to address religious trauma/abuse.
