I have practiced as a licensed counselor since 1992, starting out in a chemical addictions treatment program, and then as a therapist in a psychiatric clinic. I have had experience helping adolescents and adults deal with anxiety and mood disorders, relationship problems, life transitions, addiction and codependency, and in developing healthy stress management skills and pursuit of meaning and confidence in life.
