Therapist Overview
Are you looking for support in feeling better? Maybe you’re struggling with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, or something else. Maybe challenging situations or past events have become overwhelming for you. Or maybe something just feels “off”, and you’re not sure where to start. Whatever it is that brings you here; it doesn’t always have to be that way. Seeking support is a big, wonderful, and often-times intimidating, first step towards changing that. If you’re looking to get relief from bothersome symptoms or behaviors, to improve your coping, or you’re simply looking to feel better; let’s talk. I work collaboratively using therapy styles that are tailored to you. I am trained in trauma-informed treatments, including EMDR and Rapid Resolution Therapy. While my specialty is trauma, I work with a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, autism, relationship challenges, gender identity and sexual orientation issues and others. Even positive changes can seem difficult or intimidating. I’d like to collaborate with you to make this process as comfortable for you as possible. I deeply believe in the power of feeling seen and heard, without judgement. Choosing a therapist is personal. Feel free to give me a call to see if you think we’re a good fit. I would love to get to know you!
