Though life can be challenging and overwhelming at times, I believe that change, healing and growth is possible for anyone who is open to exploring their capacity to change from within. I work primarily with adults, adolescents and their families from diverse backgrounds who experience anxiety, depression, relational distress and survivors of sexual abuse and trauma.
