Paula Jane Friedland

I am a hybrid between a counselor and coach. I work with a high functioning population: people who are generally doing fine, but want more than “fine”. I help people from all walks of life to find more meaning and happiness in their personal and professional lives. I use a very personable approach, and treat each client as their own unique entity, using tools that address their specific needs. I have a very diverse clientele, some of which include financial advisors, teachers, artists, tech workers, attorneys, chiropractors, speakers, executives, nurses, etc. One specific specialty is working with artists of all kinds (dancers, singers, painters, writers, actors, etc.). I also mentor other coaches. I have a comprehensive toolbox: a licensed counselor (LCSW), able to delve deep, as well as a certified coach (CPCC), who has had my own practice since 2001 and worked as a coach for the Tony Robbins Organization for 7 years. I am extremely easy to talk to and trust.
