What keeps you from being truly happy? Together we will work on a plan to help your deepest dreams come true. I provide a supportive environment of warmth, humor, creativity and respect. Together we will explore, with curiosity, and without judgement. I work with women and challenges related to anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, and body acceptance. I also specialize in couples and relationship issues with my partner, David. Besides talk therapy, I also offer EMDR, a type of therapy that helps the brain reprocess trauma and other distressing issues. What should you expect from therapy? You should feel you have a safe supportive space where you get to be yourself and explore the life you wish to have. You should expect to feel heard and understood, but most of all, you should expect to feel better about yourself and your life.
