Therapist Overview
I have had the pleasure of companioning adults through life’s challenges. In particular, I specialize in those seeking help navigating loss. That loss could be of a person, companion animal, or other loved one… or, any number of other non-physical death losses. Loss of dreams, hopes, those losses associated with changing habits (such as individuals going through gastric surgeries for weight loss). I truly hope to create that sacred space where you can do the work of your heart and soul. I believe that companioning those in grief is the most effective, essential tool. So much goes along with loss: depression, anxiety, self doubt, etc. We can work on the issues that are keeping you stuck where you are at. We can work on the issues that you desire for healing of the hurts that have happened along the way. I commit that I will not give you platitudes (e.g. “God needed another angel for his garden”). I commit that I will listen to details that you might be afraid to share. Finding hope
