Life can be difficult, challenging and often painful. I have been helping adults, teens and kids for over 25 years during emotionally hard times. I provide individual, family and couples therapy using a mix of orientations in a calm, safe environment. Primarily I provide psychodynamic talk therapy that is insight oriented and developmentally developmentally based. I also use cognitive behavioral strategies where appropriate.
