Therapy for individuals, couples and families. I treat clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, loss and grief, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, couple and marital distress, separation, divorce, parenting/co-parenting issues, job difficulties, and challenging life transitions. Additionally, I bring knowledge and understanding to my work with the LGBTQ community. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, safe environment for you to express your feelings and to encourage self-care and self-determination to achieve your goals. Having moved to the Belmar area from Northern Virginia, I have my license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both New Jersey and Virginia.
