I work with clients who are willing to invest in themselves and their personal growth and healing. I believe that all of us have been wounded in various ways and to differing degrees by the vicissitudes of life and events of our past. I do not pathologize our natural responses to such painful events but rather help people to heal from them. This frees people to live fully in the present. I have twenty years experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, inner emptiness, anger, grief, chemical dependency and conflicted relationships. I am experienced in talk therapy, couples therapy, expressive therapies and body centered psychotherapy. Because we are whole human beings, I treat the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I offer safe, caring and holistic therapy in a comfortable setting, to restore pleasure and aliveness in one’s life.
