It’s SO inspiring to watch people grow! My specialty includes substance addiction (alcohol, drugs), and trauma, which can be Big (life threatening) Trauma and Little (divorce, death of a loved one, loss of job, etc.). Often times, addiction and trauma go hand in hand. I have tremendous compassion for those struggling with addiction due to the hidden shame that goes along with these self destructive behaviors. What started out as fun leads to a desperate downward spiral. I have first hand experience with recovery, which allows me to have a unique understanding without judgment.
