Therapist Overview
Reaching out for help can be difficult. I strive to provide a nurturing, supportive and safe place for you to explore your concerns. I enjoy working with older adolescents, emerging adults and adults of all ages. I have been in practice since 2002. I help clients learn tools they can use to address life obstacles long after they leave counseling. I have training in traditional “talk therapy,” as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness.
